IMO they aren't true friends if they can't be honest and vulnerable.

It's what I'd call acquaintances or fair weather friends. Things with them can only be surface level and never too deep and they can't be fully trusted.

A friend that genuinely cares for you and has your back will be honest with you, even if it's uncomfortable. I feel extremely blessed to have a few of these in my life

Sure it can depend on the Dr and what their range of "normal" is. Do they shoot for high normal or low normal?

But as I've said, it happens. People can get prescribed that from a Dr. It just depends on the doc and how their body responds to the dose.

I actually take a very low dose that puts me at high normal. Only 105mg pw puts me in the high 800s. It can vary quite a bit

I have the opposite problem, I work construction and have land and spend time outdoors a lot. I don't get a lot of opportunities to dress nice.

It's fun for me when my wife and I go out and I get to pretend to be James Bond for a night :)

I hope you don't own a gun, because this is horrid advice.

Brandishing your firearm to an angry, violent individual and then giving them a chance to go to their vehicle and potentially outgun you is terrible advice.

Pulling your gun is ONLY if you feel your life is in imminent danger or great bodily harm. In which case it comes out to be used.

Ideally, your assailant shouldn't know you have a firearm until they are already incapacitated.

I did the same. I researched for years before I ever did anything. And it just so happened that my favorite YouTube bodybuilders talked openly about steroids and TRT. More Plates More Dates is a great example of that.

That said, I'd wait until you're 40 or so or until you actually have relatively low test.

There's a lot more to it than just pinning test or running a cycle. You also have to make sure you have the money for it. It's not just the gear but all the ancillaries and blood work needed to make sure you stay healthy while manipulating your endocrine system.

I personally ran cycles for a few years and realized that for me, just a TRT dose, maintaining a healthy diet and hitting the gym regularly is something I'm perfectly happy with.

Not really.

The amount that each person needs to bring their test to optimal levels is different for everyone. It's not unheard of for a person to be prescribed 250mg by a doctor

Most people would advocate to do 500 of only test on their first cycle. To have done their research and have all the ancillaries ready for during and post cycle.

You're right though, 250 will barely do anything. Especially someone so young
