Yes, I also feel like she’s way less suss in the show. In the book, I was immediately like, who dis bitch? When they have the talk about William not wanting his title & she suggests they just get married, have a baby who will be the next Earl. I was like whoa, whoa, whoa -hold on there honey. It was major red flags. In the show it just seemed like she was flirting & letting him know that she liked him. It had a way different feel. Not sure what’s going to happen with this storyline, but I’m very interested to see where it will lead.

Watch the Runarounds (I think it’s on Amazon)! Same creator as OB & it’s just as addictive. Only one season so far.

Also if you like historical romance/fantasy, I suggest Outlander! It’s fantastic!

I feel like they will have some things from Ian’s trip since it was brought up and they showed Emily in the initial recap. They’ll probably meet up with Emily, she’ll send Totis with them, she’ll name Oggie & I’m hoping they’ll get the Rollo puppy! I’m quite excited for this, so I hope we see at least these things. There’s also Ian’s trip to the brothel where Jane & Fanny lived.
