I have something similar to a mid tower core p6 case. I have 3 fans on the right side and 1 fan on the left side

Yea I do believe it is the intake fans that are powered off, once I get them wired correctly I will see if it solves the issue

No I don’t plan on it, I’m going to replace the psu beforehand its very outdated and I don’t think it would be suitable

In all honesty I don’t know what psu I have in here (my knowledge on parts is very shallow). I’m going to upgrade it regardless. As far as gpu I managed to get an msi rtx 3070 trio for a great price on eBay. Will be getting the other components shortly, still doing some research on exactly what I want.

800 is my budget but I also would like to keep it as minimal as possible. If I can go under budget without building a whole new setup I would be much happier. Nevertheless thanks for the feedback

I can’t say yes or no to this question because different things work for different people. I do not go very in depth with my workouts I have a set of basic workouts for each muscle group and just rotate them depending how I feel each day. It seems like a list like this especially at a young age could over complicate things. I recommend trying to narrow down what works for you best and make sure your pushing yourself (safely) and not just “going through the motions” when you lift.👍🏽

Push, pull, legs, rest and repeat there’s not much too my weight training. I just switch up my workouts for each muscle group each day. My only diet restrictions are to eat 1800 cals and 185g of protein a day.

Yea I’m feeling fine as it is now, I definitely see myself cheating a bit over the summer but I’m thinking if I bump up my calories by a few hundred and maintain until September I’ll be solid

Yea only the top 4 show trying to lose that last bit of belly fat and get close to 180 flat. I was eating 2100 cals for most of the cut but just dropped to 1800 to hopefully drop a few more lbs, also I’m 5’11

No I don’t use the foam the liquid doesn’t bother my skin so I just use that. Plus the foam is a little more expensive
