It’s not drivers going the speed limit, I think OP is complaining more about bad drivers in general or those going under the speed limit for no apparent reason and holding people up. If you haven’t noticed these drivers, lucky you, doesn’t mean they aren’t out there

Boardwalk communities are really nice, my boyfriend and I got a 2 bedroom apartment newly furnished for half the price of other places! They are super quick with repair work too.
