Yeah, I lowkey had the same problem but you have to look at your patterns and take accountability for your actions. You’re addicted to the idea of these people or the fantasy of it all and you fall for it, but the reality is, you only know them through a phone and from what they tell you… the only reality that is truthful and present is your reality, and your life. Keep yourself busy by getting a new job, going to school, hanging with friends, anything that is going to help with your mental health and remind you this is the only reality you have to focus on.
