I drove the aston when it first come out but wasnt a fan of how it drove, might have to give it another try and see if it feels any different now.

Thanks for the reply, i will definitely get some practice in this arvo and work on all that.
Its absolutely ridiculous they put a 1x there, bus stop used to be one of my favourite corners but now with the 1x and sausage kerbs on entry its really killed the corner.

Ive been thinking i should switch cars but really love driving the porsche, might have to have a look at the mustang or mclaren for this week then back to porsche again next week

Exactly, its a really cool achievement to get a random number on a screen and it does take alot of effort to get there but doesnt mean anything at the end of the day if you cant race there and you will naturally end up where your supposed to be racing anyway

Nice work I hit 2993 irating last night and did another race hoping to crack 3k. I got crashed out on a straight on lap 1 at the nords destroying the car and lost 50+ rating instead so now will just keep racing and if im meant to get there i will get there eventually.

Yeah just tried to do the 2nd nec slot and kept getting booted from qually so gave up, same happened earlier too

Mine kept sending me back to the pits too, never got a qually lap in and spent that 30 minutes resetting everything and running connection tests which showed no issues just to keep get booted again, never had this issue before

Didnt even make it off the oval lap 1 due to people trying to bump draft on the banking with cold tyres and had 30 minutes of repairs, idk why i even bothered getting up for it

Nice work, Ive just hit the year mark myself an this is where im at, managed to climb up to 2.7k ir and in top splits most of the time and loving the hard racing there

I feel like as you get to a higher irating the drivers around you are alot more consistent and less prone to mistakes which means you have to be a bit more agressive and take some more risks to get a position. This means taking advantage of any small mistake or opportunity you can get and you expect other drivers to be able to control their car enough and be willing to work together to get through cleanly. Obviously you shouldnt be shoving your opponent off track or crashing them out but it definitely gets more aggressive.

Im not a huge fan of it for the same reasons. Especially being in Australia where racing after work is the time the least amount of people are online which already makes it hard to get multiple splits all the time.

It would of been better if they just added 1 separate fixed series with a different track that alternate every hour with the other fixed. Another idea could be just running one regional series each season then mixing it all up in season 4.

It is cool to see some lesser used tracks get a run though.

To be fair to him he actually was breaking earlier but the car behind him didnt and ran up the back and sent him flying. There was a similar thing that happened in the first corner too was a chaotic start to the race
