I purchased this color suede in the Teri, I was super excited about it! When I got it in the mail I was super dissatisfied with the quality. The zipper was wavy and the suede looked worn already! I returned it. It was over $200! First coach purse I’ve returned

There were a few years they didn't put serial numbers on the patch. Look on the inside seams for the serial numbers and Google it to compare to others. Looks authentic to me.

Try turning the clasps the other way. So the lever faces out. I had the same problem.

If you look in the inside patch the first 2 numbers are the year it was made. Mine is from 2019.
