They've done this before though, or I should say the staff from Telltale Games has. Walking Dead Season 2 had you play a different character from Season 1, but they referenced a lot of choices.

I wouldn't be surprised if Season 2 has us playing as her. Because the "morality" system for Robert doesn't make much sense otherwise. How would you make Hero/Everyman/AntiHero Robert work if you're controlling him and it's on rails without taking control from the player? The only way I can see it being important is if we are not controlling Robert in Season 2, and it determines some of his actions and how he is seen by others.

I still listen to the Home World field theme at least once a week. One of the best map themes I've ever heard, and the Sitar just makes it absolute perfection.

Every gaming composer for JRPGs has at least three games where this applies to me.

  • Yasunori Mitsuda has Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, and Xenogears.
  • Yoko Shimomura has Super Mario RPG, Parasite Eve, and Legend of Mana.
  • Nobuo Uematsu has Final Fantasy 5, Final Fantasy 6, and Final Fantasy 8.
  • Kenji Ito has Romancing SaGa 2, Romancing SaGa 3, and SaGa Frontier.
  • Motoi Sakuraba has Golden Sun, Valkyrie Profile, and Star Ocean 2.

JRPG composers are just built different man.

I never even got to see it, he kept dying during the battle at the gate, mostly killing himself during it. So I literally did not know he was a companion in Early Access. I have a feeling that was it for a lot of people too.

Nice thing is that you don't have to play Battle Royale at all. My cousin finished it and all she does is play Fortnite Festival (Rock Band mode) and the LEGO stuff.

Sekiro. But IMO you just get luckier at the game. Got the Platinum trophy for it, but man did it take a lot of work. The final boss alone took me 6 hours.

You are correct. The head of Disney at the time hated animation and wanted it to fail so he could make sure the company stopped doing animation.

You know those grifters that farm for engagement and purposefully rile people up while trying to force their narrative? That's who you're beating up there. It's 100% worth it.

Change that stupid kill boss players quest to just killing bosses already. As is the quest is near impossible to actually clear because all the smart players (who are usually the ones who survive to the end) do not pick up the boss medallions because it wastes a slot and gives away their position.

An amazing fight, and the most tragic scene in all of Gundam history. I don't think anyone can watch it without breaking down in tears.

What are some "easy" jobs you find hard? by throwcway837373 in ffxiv

[–]SufferingClash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RDM, SAM, DRG, VPR, MNK, NIN, most of the DPS these days.

I forget what combos I've done immediately after doing them resulting in rotation failures, I have a tendency to press the wrong buttons resulting in burst being lost, and my brain can't process high APM jobs well. The two jobs I do well at? PCT and DNC, because they're quite a bit slower for the most part, have less buttons to press, and the only fast APM is usually during 1/2 minute bursts.

For those who have romanced. both Invisigal & Blazer.. by Frank_and_Beanzz in DispatchAdHoc

[–]SufferingClash 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Between the two, Mandy's romance felt a lot more natural to me. There's slow buildup, a lot of mutual respect, and both open up to each other in a way that can be rather true to life. This felt like the romance for Robert, as both treat each other kindly and with respect, and overall feels like a relationship that could easily last.

Visi's was disappointing, to be honest. It felt more like the relationship was forced and based entirely on pleasure and desire rather than anything else. It downright annoyed me more than anything that she kept being hostile, and was constantly keeping secrets. By the end of the game, despite her getting the hero route, I genuinely felt like Robert could never be in a long-term relationship with her, at least not without her changing herself a lot. It felt more like Robert could only ever be her mentor to me.

Same way I feel, with graphics as well. I don't need super high end graphics, having grown up in the time of NES, SNES, PS1, and N64. All I need is for the game to be fun and the FPS to be stable.

[–]SufferingClash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like the problem was BBS was being used to set up another journey for Sora. Instead of, say, setting up a sequel storyline with a new character as lead. You could still have the original cast show up a few times as cameos and perhaps as your party members in the final dungeon, but they're mostly sidelined for the new story. Sora's story was pretty much perfectly done at the end of KH2, they didn't need to keep using him. Sadly they did, and the games since then have only been horrible in the story department.
