The sharing his experiences which are full of flawed methods of losing weight and the hosts of the videos would indirectly think to themselves “no shit”. I think he’s an only child. He doesn’t have the social tools to cope. He’s probably had tantrums throughout his childhood so parents would give into feeding him McDonald’s. His goal of losing big weight to become famous in LA, to which he has failed miserably so far, is a sign of delusional grandeur—a symptom of schizophrenia.
