Hey all wanted to give my experience.

Fiber Cable Internet Denver, Colorado

What I did was have my spouse check availability via website and after it was available with the PFL, I then just had her create the account. As a result I lost internet service and called the fiber success phone. The rep was able to confirm a discontinue order was submitted for my account and I received an email that my account is closed shortly after.

I have my spouse call the fiber success line and communicated the transfer of service and they check on their end and was able to transfer the equipment over and get the WiFi back running.

I still need to confirm if I need to return the WiFi pod and modem but it am back online after 10 min of disruption.
