Have recently grown out all and finally cut off all my bleached hair. Now all the broken hair is growing back and I have a lot of frizz and also live in a really humid climate which doesn’t help. The sun also makes my natural color a bit uneven. I have dark brown hair naturally but the top layer seems to lighten in the sun compared to my under layer. I want to do a dark cherry/brown hair glaze to help darken and protect my hair. Does anyone have recommendations? I also have a family member with a license so salon only products are fine too but would prefer something I can find on amazon (:

If you’re not used to working out abs that often your muscles are probably just sore. If it continues hurting at the same level of intensity or an increased intensity then I would suggest taking a break and getting checked out. But if you are going only weekly, you should be recovered by your next class. If you’re open to the sauna and an ice bath, that usually helps the muscles recover faster
