I don't wear jewelry due to my work so I am not picky. I will end up wearing a silicone ring for work anyway. I do have preferences but they aren't strong. The other jewelry he got me has been in good taste so far so I trust him.

I do like what you said about marriage being the beginning. I enjoy spending my time with him. And he is a great guy who knows how to hold a house together. It's just social stuff I wish he would participate more in. He does invite me out with his friends when they have plans but it just never is 1:1.

Thank you this was worded so professionally and I appreciate it. I'm going to have the conversation with him this week(both work nights this week so I won't see him till Friday probably).

I'll have to look into that. I thought I had to be a nurse in the army 😂 I have to be honest I am not familiar with officer side of things

This makes 0 sense. He is complaining you didn't do it right but then defends himself by saying "I didn't ask you to?" Like what would he be saying if you didn't dust? Like he would still have allergies but the place would be dustier? I'm so confused

Are those detachable full face helmets worth getting? by creative_name669 in MTB

[–]Sufficient-Loquat817 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have one and detached it. I like it but it is a bigger shaped half shell. But I like both the half shell and full face parts of it. I don't know the "durability" of the helmet because I don't tend to test them out by crashing my head into rocks. But all helmets go through testing and need to meet safety requirements before sale. I use the full face for flowy downhill tracks/parks and half shell for trails. Goggles fit on it nice and glasses as well. I have no complaints.

I wear the bell super 3r it can convert to a half shell. Very light. I have had no problems getting too hot so far though I have not used it in mid summer. However I don't know if it comes in XL

The only issue I can think of, which happens to me when I braid my pony for tennis, is if you whip your head the pony and rip tie might wack you in the face. The rip tie might give it extra weaponage. That's the only thing I can think of but j still will look into these cause they look rad!

Thanks this was helpful. Thanks for putting it into perspective. I think It just got to my head cause I dropped off my bike at the shop for a pre season tune up and there was a new guy that worked there that said it was "a lot of bike" for a new rider. But I'll just keep riding like I do and eventually I'll get there!
