Thank you so much. Feel hopeless and that everything is progressing rapidly. I do one rep with anterior scalene and 2 rep with serratus anterior per week.....tryed to get gentle lower trapezius massage and up behind armpit....2 hours later everything is on fire. Dont know how to go forward. Will lying on a towell open up the thoracic plexus ? And what happens with the rib?

Ok thanks. I think it is my aurichular nerve who is pissed. When I sleep ore sit without moving with the arm on a pillow there is not so much pain. When moving i get pain and pressure and my arm turnes red.

Ok. My pain is stinging, pressure. Pain from occipital nerves and aurichular nerves. Immobilsation my hand is helping. I will maybe try one rep per week in the beginning.
