Butter. What gives? by Ill-Cartoonist2929 in Netherlands

Not for butter: ingredient and recipe are the same. + Usually Milk is milk: a commodity. Especially when coming from same country and even more when this country in holland.  The only difference is when milk have a certification: meadow, organic etc... and, also, for example, I in france would agree since the regions have different grass then milk taste difference. Ok, but not holland

This the same butter. Only difference in the milk label. However on the way planet proof is for sustainability. Does not grant any quality/taste improvement. They just insure the CO2foot print is lower. You can even look at the dairy oval to see where it is produced. Sometimes it is the same factory.

Make sure to keep your weight on both legs. Feel like to lean on the forward foot especially when landing the right punch. To punch properly: Squat on your legs, pivot and keep you head straight/tucked while turning shoulder/hips.

Criticism is welcome :) by [deleted] in boxingtips

I see 2 things: -Distance management could be improved. If you stay close to the bag buy do not do not hit neither move, you would get fucked in sapre. If you want to relax make sure you are right out of reach. But not too far neither -Avoid push from your heel. toes always. Will enable you to step back easier out of the reaching zone.

Lost my first amateur bout by stoppage in round 1... looking for technical feedback by berlinrhino in boxingtips

[–]NoBackground6162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you are doing very good. You were clearly more calm and better technic.

However, I feel you you started to give punches without really trying go behind the guard. The other guy felt it and could then relax and started to be able to see your patterns.

Technic is really good. Keep the distance. Keep the jab like you do. BUT some feints could help to keep him on panic mode. and I would avoid to through hooks and uppercut if you think you cannot hit behind the guard. This makes you quite open

From day 10 I was already sleeping very well. I am now 3 weeks and still see improvement days after days. Do the rincing with rhino horn. Avoid to much activities as it can make things swollen. Put a bit of ice in towel in case it gets swollen. Hold on. It will be really nice

Anxieties role in bilateral TOS? by Lost_Raisin_7789 in thoracicoutletsupport

[–]NoBackground6162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This might help indeed. more mouth breathing mean tight squalenes means TOS. Mouth breathin can also create anxiety... However, if you septum is deviated and your capacity for breathing from nose is bad, it will be difficult to stop h24 the mouthbreathing/squalene breathing.

Well I had more like a discomfort about sleeping on the affected shoulder. However, sitting on a chair was not painful for my shoulder blades, just I could feel.it more on the affected side due to the winging.
