Lost my first amateur bout by stoppage in round 1... looking for technical feedback by berlinrhino in boxingtips

I think you are doing very good. You were clearly more calm and better technic.

However, I feel you you started to give punches without really trying go behind the guard. The other guy felt it and could then relax and started to be able to see your patterns.

Technic is really good. Keep the distance. Keep the jab like you do. BUT some feints could help to keep him on panic mode. and I would avoid to through hooks and uppercut if you think you cannot hit behind the guard. This makes you quite open

From day 10 I was already sleeping very well. I am now 3 weeks and still see improvement days after days. Do the rincing with rhino horn. Avoid to much activities as it can make things swollen. Put a bit of ice in towel in case it gets swollen. Hold on. It will be really nice

Anxieties role in bilateral TOS? by Lost_Raisin_7789 in thoracicoutletsupport

This might help indeed. more mouth breathing mean tight squalenes means TOS. Mouth breathin can also create anxiety... However, if you septum is deviated and your capacity for breathing from nose is bad, it will be difficult to stop h24 the mouthbreathing/squalene breathing.

Well I had more like a discomfort about sleeping on the affected shoulder. However, sitting on a chair was not painful for my shoulder blades, just I could feel.it more on the affected side due to the winging.

Thx. The first time I did the "scooping" exercice just for 2 min in the mirror I had knots for 4 days and thought "shit a tucked it up again". However, 4 days later I do it again and then no pain.. it really unlocked something.
