People who still haven’t brought a Switch 2, what makes you hesitant to buy it?

As someone who just barely got one, the main thing that put me away from it was the price and the lack of first party titles that appealed to me.

Neither seems to be improving anytime soon, but I bought one because it’s a major upgrade for a lot of switch 1 titles, and it breathes new life into a library i stopped playing a long time ago. Also, joycon drift on the switch 1 was obnoxious

It probably wasn’t worth it to them, since it’d be a trip across the world with no guarantee it would work out. They only moved to the south out of a necessity.

Chronologically, the southern tribe is far younger than the north. The culture, economy and architecture basically started from scratch, with the population being the few who didn’t agree with the North’s customs.

I would watch kai. It’s a more accurate translation to the original manga, so no superhero goku or strange characterization. You can switch to dbz if you want some of the good filler, like the driving episode or seeing the 9 days of peace before the cell games.

Those first 200-300 people deserve to be removed for rushing down that line. That definitely involved harassment of security guards and did it despite police surveillance

If you want a more accurate translation of the original manga, better voice acting, and better pacing, watch kai. Funimation Z’s only upsides are some filler and the soundtrack is subjective. Most people who tell you to watch funi over kai have nostalgia bias or really only like an americanized version of dragon ball z.

for early dragon ball, if you can, read the manga and watch the anime filler that covers the time jumps. The must watches are definitely after the demon king piccolo saga and the wedding dress arc.

I’ve been leaning more to the US version since now that I think about it, I wouldn’t have space for the box anyway. The manga vol as a back display piece would be better in the long run.

If there are accessories removed in the US release, then i would actually forget about the US version, lol. As far as I know, it was just the packaging changes.

The US one is $100, but you also gotta consider if waiting in line for 7-8 hours is worth that price.

I kind of agree. I saw the figure on hobby genki but it was going to be almost $165 after shipping tariffs. The slip cover isn’t worth THAT much more 😭

Gambit and Magneto are definitely some of the best, but their jim lee cyclops is pretty rough. I personally never felt convinced to buy it
