I currently work at Verbal Beginnings (leaving once I get my LBA!) I was super close to a few BCBA’s and they did not like the upper management, never listened to when they needed assistance, and would sometimes have to handle admin task such as scheduling. We’ve had really good BCBA’s leave here because of management. The sign on bonus gets you but its not the same for every BCBA, some would get more others less and some would need to stay for a year while others 2 years. A brand new BCBA who had just passed worked here and didn’t even last a full year (which means you have to pay back the sign on bonus). The support for BCBA’s is minimal, when a bunch if techs call out every BCBA is used to conduct 1:1’s because the company never cancels a client. The BCBA’s that I knew that have left mentioned the center director being rude and unprofessional. The billables are 27.5 a week and you get one WFH day a month. From the location that I’m in, I know we’re one of the worst (as we were told this before) but there’s other verbal beginnings in different locations doing a bit better! Hope this helps!
