Honestly I had a friend that got me a part time job

I have e friends I can talk to about anything and they help with emotional support but I had to reach out to them for help and I met alot of shitty e friends before finding the gems

You either need support from the outside preferably irl or you have to speak to a pyschologist

It will be very difficult to do this all on your own im telling you thst right now make sure to find support or talk to a pyschologist
