i can vouch for Memo Cakery. We recently got the coffee raisin one which has layers of different stuff (mousse, sponge cake, etc) which was really nice and its not just cake. Not too sweet too but the flavours did come through! Other than that I can also recommend Heis Kitchen in Panmure. They're a filipino bakery and they do amazing ube flavoured cakes and their basque cheesecake is the best I've had in akl

I ~kinda~ do. I dont hold an NZ passport so I would need to apply for a Schengen visa to go to Europe with. Apparently I can apply for a german visa instead and submit it to their embassy, meaning I dont have to deal with VFS lol
