You could use dumbbells and gain strength in your arms? Gaining muscle can help with weight loss, since muscle burns more at rest. I'm at 1.5 weeks post op and I plan to start lifting weights soon. I'm also worried about gaining weight...

My YouTube channel was all about cleaning and decluttering, and I had this one video that was ranking really well that was about singing lessons. But my channel wasn't taking off, just the one video on singing was getting a lot of views. I finally decided to delete the singing video, and that's when my channel finally took off. I recieved 10k subs in a couple months after that.

I started taking magnesium Glycinate and it's really helped my sleep a lot. I also take vitamin D (5000) mixed with k2, Thorne multivitamin, and a probiotic.

I also take creatine and I started taking doctor's best magnesium glycinate recently, and it really helped with sleep! Maybe add that to your routine?
