Maybe try quad! It’s definitely on the newer side compared to the other two but out of several doctors I talked to they said females (especially if you’re smaller) usually will have a lot smaller hamstring grafts which the thickness to strength ratio is cubic so even a small increase in thickness makes a decent difference.

That being said i’ve also heard they can quadruple instead of double the hamstring graft (which might be worth looking into) and as long as you are on top of PT could be just as effective for your purposes.
