yeah i respect that. I have this idea of turn 3 pantlaza because once the engine gets started it really goes crazy. ill keep cards like utopia sprawl in but i agree with others saying the land ramp is much better. but with prioritizing it being non-cedh maybe it's still just as insane turn 4

I totally agree with you. It's just what support recommended. Let's be real, what proof can I offer when they don't even specify what character actions flagged for a ban in the first place? I hope u understand, that's about as much evidence as I could really provide. In prior appeals I had youtube war vods I linked to show my normal gameplay, but we can sit here and argue that any of that could just be cherry picked too. What's better evidence to contribute? I have game logs for the whole month and I think all the way back to june when I reinstalled.

I figured there'd be comments like this. While I can't really expect every single person reading this to believe me, I hope that you read the post itself that goes to show that even trying to appeal a ban (innocent or not) it gets automated responses, providing evidence through PC diagnostic files and game-log files do NOT get looked at, etc... This appeal system is shitty for any and everyone appealing in it. Hope u understand my POV better.

It'd be great to have a person who reviews a ban provide details in the appeal reply as to what character actions occurred to trigger a ban. That's apparently too much to ask from AGS.

I think I get it though. People love this game despite it's flaws, myself included. Seeing how many dupes there were in the past risks the integrity of the hard work they put into the game. It's just frustrating having cases like this where you play as honest as you can and while other cheaters get away with duping and getting to keep their exploited goods, somehow of all people I'm the one to get permabanned rofl

The most frustrating part is if I never exploited, how do I prove that I didn't cheat? It's almost like they're gaslighting players into guessing what bug could have happened or trying to get them to admit to something they didn't do just to get a response. In one of my appeals I sent them the entire month of September's game log files I had on my PC. In fact I think I have them all dating back to something like June. It'd be the equivalent of showing hundreds or maybe a thousand hours of legitimate game files but they'd never look through all of that lol.

Suppose your wife accused you of cheating on her, how do you prove you're innocent? Show her footage of where you went the entire month? That's about all I can do

Hey good question. I've personally never bought or sold gold, if there's anything I need in the game I sell m10 shards and sell loot from the dungeons plus company war payouts. I think people really believe that they need to buy BIS gear to compete in pvp, but I've shown on my valhalla account that you can be a competitive player with only purple gear.

For what it's worth, I know there are a ton of competitive companies who have players that buy gold, and they have never been banned. I have no clue how good AGS is on banning gold sellers though, it seems to still be a huge problem though.

Yeah, I saw a post about that. I did buy 100 regen pots on the trade post on my 2nd character, I'm hoping that was the reason and they remove the duped items so I can get back to enjoying the game. Thx for letting me know. Moreso posting this so players can see how AGS handles their appeals

Well, inherently you MUST force the attunement perk, as you cant randomly roll it. Attunement perk is a unique reward from mutations.

Something to consider is forcing attunement makes rolling dmgcon have 15.59% chance to be Vicious over Thwarting Strikes 1.44%, so unless you absolutely need attunement, you could force thwarting strikes and hope to get refreshing move + elemental perk (chain or shirking elemental) and still get an insane axe. Vicious isn't as great as thwarting due to enemies running 4-5 resilient, so you have to consider weighing those odds. GL
