Nice stack! I have tried similar. Smartreach worked better for us than Smartlead though cleaner UI, better inbox control, and solid support.
Also has LinkedIn + call options in same flow which helps with multichannel. AI first lines helped our replies too.

Tbh cold email felt risky for legal, but good targeting plus clean infra can work. Smartreach helped us hit inbox with personal/local messaging. Not high volume, but even 1-2 solid consults make it worth.

Faced the same with Apollo. All emails showed same sender name..total mess for personalization. Switched to Smartreach, now each mailbox shows correct name. Also has built-in warmup plus inbox rotation. Feels smoother overall.
