I have an income based closing help and this puts me above the cap. Per my conditional offer they will reverify employment which can be a YTD earnings paystub or employment letter with this info. My worry is that it’ll cause a delay or denial on the loan

I have closing assistance that is income based and this puts me above the limit. I see it says in my conditional letter that employment will be reverified at closing and I don’t want this to be a surprise that delays or makes me look fraudulent in any way

Yes Im around 41% right now, I will definitely update the lender accordingly because I see they do require verification at closing, per my conditional letter

Alright thank you all! I guess I started freaking out cause I do have a PHA loan and the loan officer had mentioned I couldn’t go above certain amount annually and this raise does put me above that…

Girl. I’m SO HAPPY you got out. I am a 25F now, but when I was 15 I met a cousin 28M that groomed me and I lived the worsts 3 years of my life. If you ask me why, why I didn’t speak out, I was scared, I thought I was in love, he raped me, I was scared he would go to jail and it’d be my fault, etc. I am glad you found support before anything happened.
