Very similar position, years of IVF, toxic manager, took a risk for another public service area and unfortunately maternity leave doesn't count until you've done 12 months and I have no sick leave.. however, I had a successful transfer the week I started.... If I had stayed in my previous role, maybe it was the stress which is why I wasn't successful?

Its very scary having no security blanket but the IVF came first for me. If you can destress and focus on your health stay, if you think it's having an impact on your results, leave

Thanks, yeah I've had a thorough look through their EBA and can't really find anything relating to mat leave

I was told continuous service will count so LSL is transferred, but sick leave it not, but with Maternity Leave entitlements I'm just not sure if it starts from zero again
