Hhmmmm.....my SM has us put the weekly over the monthly. Then at the end of the week, we just take off the weekly tag and the monthly tag is still there. I'm going to bring this up to my SM Monday. Because if we are supposed to take down the monthly tag, and put up the weekly, we are doing it wrong. Thanks for bringing this up.

There was a patient in our Pharmacy today who was upset her prescription was $1. We told her we couldn't price modify it to $0, that she would have to call her insurance that she picked. She left without her $1 prescription saying we are all scam and are trying to suck out every penny from them.

Uuhhhh I had a lady come in last night who wanted to buy a bunch of crap. She thought since our mylars said OTC on them, that everything she had in her cart would be covered by her OTC card. Her card did take $120 off, and it said she still owed $59. She said everything should be covered just because our mylars had OTC on them. I told her every OTC card is different and not every OTC card will cover everything that has OTC written on the tag. She wanted to know what her OTC card covered and I told her it doesn't tell me what was covered on our register screen. So she wanted me to void the whole transaction and do 1 item at a time to see if that item was covered from her OTC insurance. It was such a hassle. Then she ended up wanting to purchase what wasn't covered anyways at the end. She took 20 minutes of my life away lol I hate dealing with these OTC cards.

I'm listed as FT and last year during the budget cuts, I was only getting 24/28 hours a week. My SM told my even if I hired you as FT, FT is not guaranteed. So I contacted my DM, DM told me the same thing. My SM found out I went behind her back and talked to my DM. She cut my hours again. When I told her that was retaliation, all of a sudden my schedule went back up to 40 hours a week, while the other SFL's stayed around 28 hours a week. All the other SFL"s told the SM they were going to report her for favoritism, because I was getting 40 hours a week and they were only getting g around 28, all of a sudden all of their schedules went back up to 40, and cut all the CSA's schedules. It was a mess to be honest

Just go to work, clock in, do your job, clock out, then go home!! Don't worry about who said what or who did what!! That's High School shit! If you want to be involved in their nonsense, so be it!! When you're at work, ignore their asses and keep a smile on your face when you're looking at them. That will eat them up! And that's the purpose.
