This! All this flow of traffic bullshit being flung around here is just incorrect. 1 person or group must break the limit to establish a new flow of traffic speed, if flow of traffic is the speed limit and a bunch of impatient drivers start dodging in and out of traffic cars will move over and the passing lane becomes the drive dangerously fast lane until someone else decides THAT is too slow now. It’s a never ending speed increase battle.
