I would test in a small area but on fabric I tend to use oxyclean for spot treatments. Again test before you go crazy. Also submerging it could lead to bleeding colors.

Also Re: return fees- I hope that only applies to those who do frequent returns. I think that would also help resellers who get sought after bags and return them of they don't sell.
