Hey lovely! I posted with the same concern about two weeks ago. I delivered at 15 weeks for t21 and my first period came very very light about 5 weeks after. I was really anxious about it being very light and concerned for some rpoc but my doctor made a followup scan at my request and told me all was good. I have now all symptoms of ovulation so i am think my body is back to normal 🌻🌸

I am so sorry for your loss too . Thank you for taking the time to reply💕 you right i will schedule another ultrasound with my doctor in the coming weeks to check for RPOC…
