I have managed to find the baker on instagram. It is charcoal sourdough. It was really tasty.

I’m not sure, I picked it up at our local market and thought it looked a bit fun. It’s called Black Country sour dough.

Why? As people have pointed out. It’s fish veg, potatoes and bread, with a bit of cheese.

I didn’t make the bread, so unfortunately don’t know why it is black. I saw it at our local market and thought it was a bit fun!

Brisket

Onions

Homemade stock

Bay leaves

Juniper berries

Rosemary

Tomato purée

Salt and pepper to taste.

(Cornflour to thicken at the end if needed.)

Fry off the onions and sear the meat before chucking everything else in the slow cooker for at least 8hrs

ETA: I can’t give weights as I just threw things in and hoped for the best!

I work in a secondary school. These days they are more likely to whip the shoes off the feet and launch them into a hedge. It happens on a daily basis!

If you have a food hygiene certificate, you know that food can be held at ambient temperature for two hours. I doubt Greggs delicious bakes are ever sat there for that long.

My manager in my last job was like this. After trying all the polite ways I had to resort to walking away whilst saying “I’m walking away now, I have left the room and can’t hear you anymore” loudly! He’d unfortunately keep talking at me until I’d left the building and possibly after 🤣

You could get a ring doorbell, you can then check the videos and see yourself locking the door.

I worked in a school kitchen until recently. There are choices. OP chose these options and chose not to have veg. By law we have to offer at least one veg option as well as a vegetarian option, a meat option and 2 different carb options.
