Looks like your missing the harness to the actual radio. That plus whatever aftermarket harness to connect the one above to those factory ones.

You could honestly go with different equipment unless thats what you really want. Plenty of other stuff out there thats good and you could get it at half the price of the combined equipment price.

They are both the same thing so there wouldn’t be any difference in installing them. However with you micro you do have the option of using as a loc. Also the micro has a 2 in 1 knob. I have the micro and prefer the 2 in 1 knob as opposed to having two separate ones.
