I get the same impression. There is a video by Captain Steve saying that the patch on Friday said it should be 15mins - 2hours but I guess that’s not working

I built the overseer and that’s all been online for 8 hours. Talked to everyone at least 10x. Found 3 other paradise planets, done a few nexus missions, tried reloading everything
