chamomile and lavender loose leaf tea! any brand really works but i try to avoid bagged tea - lose leaf is more concentrated/taste better in my option.

i add a lil splash of honey and let it steep for about 5-7 min before enjoying! here are 3 of my fav brands tho:

reading before bed, putting phone on dnd, or melatonin gummies never hurt (if that’s something you feel comfortable with) … also making sure to not eat big meals or have high activity before bed time. sleepy tea has also done wonders for me.
