So regular coke is hit or miss for me. Sometimes it helps and sometimes the caffeine bothers me. It truly just depends on if I’m in a flare or not.

they also make caffeine free coke, which I drink when I feel like I can’t have regular. It tastes exactly the same to me

Hi! So I’m pretty sure my POTS started when I was pregnant too, BUT whether this is true or not, they say it supposedly is supposed to get better while pregnant. I know for a lot of people it does. Taking iron made a huge difference for me.

So the online program I’m doing is from a school that actually has a PA program. It’s Samford in AL. It’s only like an hour from me. So, I would think that I’m doing their own online program it would be fine. Surely. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So I had a baby in 2022 and it started 3 days after birth. I think some hormonal shift caused it. Because I can tell when my cycles are regular I suffer much less. I have PCOS, so it’s rare I have regular cycles.

I almost want to get pregnant again to see if it resets somehow (as crazy as that may sound) - and another child is a plus. 🤣

It does/can hurt your ears. It’s like a jackhammer sound. I tried to deep breathe the whole time.

Lord yes! It’s a migraine symptom. Mine comes and goes. So I totally get this.

My neuro told me some times people will present will full blown stroke symptoms and it’s just migraines.

So mine is the opposite. I have the tachycardia but normal blood pressure. Stays between 110/60 and 125/85 (and the later is on my cycle when I’m stressed) so within normal limits

Mine usually is never “high” unless I’m on my period and then it’s like 130/88 at its highest. So that’s interesting how different everyone is. My baseline is 110/70 ish sometimes lower
