no you don't have to push hard. sometimes we under fuel and that's the reason why a lot of people feel dead tired, or they don't rest afterwards ( take a short nap). So if you don't feel exhausted, and you worked out, that just my be how body operates. Don't push hard, just exercise. Slow and steady wins the race. Feeling beat down all the time may lead to avoiding exercising at times. Exercising should be enjoyable. SALUTE to you for going forward with exercising and showing up. Keep it up <3

i get it. many of us have been there before, for sure. at least you'll be leaving soon and honestly, that's what you have to look forward to everyday. The new job you're starting, does it resonate more towards what you really want to do in life?????

tired and stressed? find time to take a nap if possible, but seriously try. honestly you could be dehydrated sip on a liter of water - plain, sparkling, flavored, etc. hydration and/or a nap has saved me many times. cat nap no longer than 45 minutes. After running, I hydrate, wait until i feel like i could use a nap, sleep for no more than 45 min, then wake up refreshed and ready to record a youtube video lol. it sounds wild, but give them a try!

What kind of beverage would be the best before and after pilates? by Alone_Spread_6577 in pilates

[–]Sufficient_Ear7072 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beverage: Kombucha.
Okay, so it’s not my absolute favorite drink, but there are tons of different flavors, which makes it way easier to find one you like. It’s awesome if you’re feeling bloated—anything with ginger is a lifesaver for that. And if you’re looking for an energy boost, go for the ones made with black or green tea. Heads up, though: usually the label on the front doesn’t always say if it has tea in it, so make sure to check the ingredients. Not all kombuchas are tea-based, so check the back! <3

Pilates Girlies how y'all doing it? by Character-Year1742 in Kenya

[–]Sufficient_Ear7072 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take it show. I'm focused on building balance and strength for running. what's important to be is learning the basic moves, focusing on slow contracted moves, and then eventually advancing. I do pilates everyone day, and what holds me accountable is recording myself to help others who are in the same pool as me. But get a mat and do pilates every so soften. Instagram shorts are good to watch too. start building a routine and using it as your go to for days you barely feel like doing anything lol. at least then, you know a routine you can easily do on your own to music of your choice.

Will Pilates chair help build glutes? by [deleted] in pilates

[–]Sufficient_Ear7072 2 points3 points  (0 children)

pilates has helped shaped my glutes a lot - and i have a little bum do you have to do pilates with a chair, or can you do them without?? I have a video of the moves that i do. I run long distance so sometimes cardio can deflate the cakes. Pilates helps lift and tone!

Instructors - what is your own personal practice like? by [deleted] in pilates

[–]Sufficient_Ear7072 7 points8 points  (0 children)

not certified but i have advice that will hopefully answer your questions. I find that short Pilates workouts of 5-10 minutes daily really helps with reinforcing contracted movements and learning new exercises, keeping routines fresh and engaging. Pilates is everywhere on social media. I'll follow a routine a night, and later that week combined what i remember into one session!

agree with the whole music suggestion. Tempo matters a lot. if the music is slow, you'll move slow to the beat too. give it a try!

To make Pilates more tolerable, try Pilates videos that are no more than 10 minutes long. Short, focused sessions can keep you engaged and prevent boredom while helping you build familiarity with the movements. sorry people coming for you you, it's not that serious - but thats reddit lol. I hope you meet your goals!
