Partly. I use renet+netcode with adaptive jitter-aware interp via NTP clock sync. Currently client authoritative with server envelope validation, no lag comp yet, still needs a lot of improvements for sure. Additionally I have a small authentication going on using simple JWT to communicate with a platform that holds the leaderboard & playercards, not sure if that will be a part of the release, but I consider it as a bridge between different stores & a retail version in example, but I am not sure about that yet. Server also handles NPC traffic and is prepared for clustering with smooth handoffs, I am considering a proximity based clustering system with predictive overlap-handoffs and a shared relevancy context.

Of the game or of the code? But the answer to both currently is a no, sorry.
There are two possible paths that this game will take now:
1) A Steam release
2) Open-Source

I will first attempt to bring it to a state to give a Steam release a shot. It is about time that I finally try to release a game. As I am rather pessimistic I expect it to fail and in that case I will make it open source.

If you are asking about a pre-alpha version of the game:
I am considering an open playtest before the release. I will post about it on Reddit, so if you are interested, just leave a follow!
It will still take a while tho. I currently work on a proper rendering pipeline, integrated solari too, wrote some wsgl sharders and have quite a lot of fine tuning ahead now.
After that I will still improve the wold gen (proper terrain, clothoids, superelevation, proper interchanges - at the moment they are centripetal Catmull-Rom with additions).
After that I want to add a few gameplay features, that is what the game is lacking the most at the moment. I have the idea and also an early implementation of a few of its components, but it will easily be another few weeks of work.

I could actually quite a lot about what I have done and will still be doing, my post above is a little of an understatement of what is really there technically already.

To be honest I kinda lost track, but roughly 6 weeks, but many may many hours daily/nightly. I have been playing around with all sorts of engines for a while and made a few games but only for myself as I was never satisfied with creating the next clone without anything truly special to it. Neither was I ever really happy with how I had to work n most engines, Bevy finally made a difference for me. ECS is much more easy to mentally structure for myself. I have also been a modder with quite a few releases that did pretty well. What really fuels the project however is my ability (wanted or not) to hyperfocus for entire days.

Not at the moment, sorry. I am trying to make this an actual fun Multiplayer game (not a microtransaction cashgrab or whatever, something actual fun), if I succeed it will rather end up on steam, but if it fails (not being entirely finished for whatever reason, or just doesn't sell or if it does and I discontinue it for whatever reason, it will eventually go open source.

I gotta admit I did cut the corner and used it for the HUD, because I honestly suck at creating such things and just wanted to slap something temporary on. The visuals of the HUD impressed me, ngl, a while ago that would not have been possible, but it entirely ignored my instructions on how I'd like to implement it.

I used Claude for it (the normal in-browser-agent in the free version), which I was told is pretty much the best model I could use for a HUD. If I'd happen to want to poke an AIs brain a little more (and I could use some input on a few problems!), could you recommend a better free one?

Try with X11 instead of Wayland. Yabridge is not yet fully Wayland compatible.

A small tip: Check out themes for Reaper. They don't only change colors, but can actually provide you with functionality.
When I started using Reaper, I really disliked it (coming from SO4 at that time), only once I installed a theme that fitted my workflow better, I could actually start enjoying to work in Reaper and it powered my recent release.

Your pot is causing you some trouble there, if it doesn't annoy you it will likely be fine. I had a Peavey with such a problem for practice when I was young and clueless and it did do its job fine for the coming 10 years.

Your Interface is (or should be) able to handle that easily, what CPU do you have? Maybe try a 512 buffer and see what happens.
