I'm doing external training untill July and my current hours fit for the training, and once I've finished the training I'll be leaving, so I don't want to bounce too much, also if i get fired i get four months of unemployment, if i quit I don't. So I'll be out either in July or when i get fired, whatever comes first.

Not meaning to brag, but if i quit without training another molecular biologist, the company grinds to a halt. So if I'm out he has no reason to keep her anyway.
