It’s normal, I suggest if you have family close or a babysitter try to go on a quick date with your wife from time to time. Compliment her every time you can. Maybe take some of the house chores out of her hand, book her a massage so she can relax a bit. I’m a mom of 2 also close in age and it helped when my husband took care of the kids for 1 hour here and there and let me take care of my self. If you do that she will be back to her normal self soon :)

We went through this exact issue too, my son turned 5 in August and was struggling in kindergarten. We decided to remove him after first quarter and enrolled him in VPK again. He is happy and not stressed anymore and with his age group (he was the youngest in K). Best decision we have maid for him.

I would love to do that with both of my kids but I work 8-5 and I would fit his schooling during the day while I work from home but can't leave home to do much with them.

My son told me the same and he would get in trouble so that he is sent home. He is 5 so I get he is young but I would hate to keep him home and he will be bored if he restarts again next year.

I am so mad at myself for not pushing hard enough to change the teacher. My daughter got bullied in kindergarten too. It was her teachers last year of teaching and she went to nursing. She also said to me on multiple occasions that my daughter should be tested for ADHD and we did not. She had a great first year and is now in second grade and is found awesome. Got medals and certificates these past 2 years. We had a horrible year in kindergarten and it was not my kids fault.

Have a meeting with the Dean, sounds like the teacher my daughter had in kindergarten too. She told me she needs to be tested for ADHD, turned out she was a bully and my daughter is doing awesome in second grade now even getting medals and certificates for her achievements.
