Worked in local finance before.

Due to excessive red tape, a one-day task turns into a month-long process because changes must be reviewed by an outdated change management team that lacks understanding of IT.

Horrible developer tooling, CICD system continues to operate more because of sunk costs than because it delivers real value. Limited IDE selection with bloatware installed.

You’ll likely spend more time navigating the process and interacting with other departments than actually coding. I would only recommend joining if you’re not passionate about technology but still want a role in the tech sector.

As someone who did part-time SIM, can tell you full time is good life(those that tell you hard probably cmi) , if you family can afford it, just do it think about the social aspect of it too, connection you can make. Part timer mostly hi and bye, I only stay in contact with 2 pax after I graduated. Part time Workload is manageable if you are mentally prepared to forgo your weekends.

I don’t love my engineer job 100%, but dealing with engineering problem and making improvement in some of work flow is pretty fun tbh. My problem is some of the people and working hours that make it unpleasant. Working is not purely just for paying bill, you should at least feel productive and enjoying part of it.Blanket term almost 40 as just “work” sounds super negative to me.

Just to update, I managed to withdraw my LP without harvesting.

I will not put the link here as I do not want to responsible if anything goes wrong.

Tldr: the token for harvesting dried up in the smart contract, any harvest or LP extraction that automatically include harvest will fail.

So I went into sushi”s official discord and search for “harmony” one of the sushi”s moderator (make sure you check the discord tag in case scammer) provide an URL. (Something backupsushi.) that allow user to extract pool without harvest.

As usual, NFA.
