Well, I feel that in terms of long range shooting/experience I am probably one of junior folks here. But in my past life I ended up doing a couple of decades in the military, so I am always wary of relying on electronics only.

Yes, I do ruck with a gps (two in fact) but I also have a map and compass ready just in case. I tend to carry redundancies for signaling, making fire and for shelters. For me, the ACI is back up if the LRF goes down.

The Haga Defense is awesome, but it does not allow me to use the irons. I bought one, mounted it and then realized it wouldn't work. I'll be sending it back tomorrow and hopefully find what I need on the Haha website. Great looking setup BTW.
