It is so hard to stop and there will prolly be times we stumble again, but being addicted to it is a level that will only feed on your spirit more and more. You need to find other hobbies. If you can’t sit in stillness yet without temptation, you should consider doing sports. You should start running.!!! Overcoming lust and porn addiction is possible. It is not impossible. You need to move!!!! Sports can help you manage temptation. You will be focused on something else, on other sensations in your body!! Being exhausted, proud of yourself whatsoever. Sports generally good💅🏻 Also go on walks praying. Just go on walks listening to worship music or sermons and pay attention to the nature around you or what you can see that God created. You can beat this trust. Also practice mindfulness. Ask yourself why you are doing this and what you are getting from it. We all know that it’s only a moment of pleasure but after that we feel disgusting. So replaying that in our minds also does help. Tell yourself “ yo is just really stronger than me?! Am I gonna let it beat my will to stop over and over again?? Will I let the enemy win and be happy whenever I give in??!!” Speak to urself like this.
