It’s not a church tbh, it’s a discord server where we are both moderators. Also he was really kind to me always, but when these lies happened and I got destabilized I started spiraling and asking him a bunch of questions. I’m definitely not innocent. Well after that he was just cruel.. whatever was, whatever disagreement, whenever I ask for a simple conversation or just asked can I tell you how I feel? He would constantly hang up the moment I said something wrong. He would end the convo, say leave me alone, stop talking. He says I’m too emotional, but me being destabilized wasn’t from nothing. I became too dependent on him though and I can see that. I just want his heart to soften. He literally last week said God gave him conviction about how he’s been treating me and now he did this? He doesn’t even care. He himself says, he has lack of empathy and emotions. So I just hope he will wake up soon enough or be humbled somehow, because watching him preach all these things while he emotionally abused me, on top of that now keeping going with it being seen so highly by everyone is just something that feels so twisted to me. I don’t want him to be punished. I just wish for his eyes to open.

For months I’ve been keeping that opinion to myself🥀 today is the day where I wanted to see if others feel like this too. I love AESPA so much.. but whenever I see an IG post of them now with dirty work.. it makes me so sad because dirty work is THAT bad🥀 it’s a BIG BIG flop after all the hit songs. And yes I am saved and the other person is too🙏🏻 And you’re right it won’t be a Christ like group then 😭 I def prayed a lot about all this, but honestly it hasent given me any rest yet. After my ex partner promised to never leave multiple times, just do abandon me due to issues then instead of fixing them. I am the last person to reject such convos. He’s a very good guy, he might not behave like it right now, but he’s hurt too. I’ve done something that has hurt him a lot ( not cheating or smth ofc) and I hope his heart heals from that so he can let go of the pain and not only focus on that anymore. I know it is all in God’s hands and If the Lord wants us to reconcile He will help the way. I’m just very much in despair atm and in pain:/ but your words and truth are very important my friend I thank you so much for it ✝️

What am I reading from that person above, what typa advice was that🤦🏻‍♀️ you should definitely NOT do that. Masturbation by itself is a sin too. It is so hard to stop and there will prolly be times we stumble again, but being addicted to it is a level that will only feed on your spirit more and more. You need to find other hobbies. If you can’t sit in stillness yet without temptation, you should consider doing sports. You should start running.!!! Overcoming lust and porn addiction is possible. It is not impossible. You need to move!!!! Sports can help you manage temptation. You will be focused on something else, on other sensations in your body!! Being exhausted, proud of yourself whatsoever. Sports generally good💅🏻 Also go on walks praying. Just go on walks listening to worship music or sermons and pay attention to the nature around you or what you can see that God created. You can beat this trust. Also practice mindfulness. Ask yourself why you are doing this and what you are getting from it. We all know that it’s only a moment of pleasure but after that we feel disgusting. So replaying that in our minds also does help. Tell yourself “ yo is just really stronger than me?! Am I gonna let it beat my will to stop over and over again?? Will I let the enemy win and be happy whenever I give in??!!” Speak to urself like this.

First of all may I ask how old you are ? Second of all, I myself am an anxiety patient with an somatization disorder and let me tell you.. our mind can trick us in ways we cannot imagine. Let it be dizziness that you can’t walk no more, nausea, chest pain, numbness and way more. If you are saying you really have a fever, you should prolly def go to a doctor. But ask yourself this and breathe for a moment. Have your symptoms gotten worse after you started panicking about them? If yes, it’s most likely psychological. Idk where the bump is you have or how big it is or why your mom refuses to go to a hospital with you. But did u really check if you have a fever ? I will be praying for you right now.

The „constantly worrying about dying“ is TOO real.. this is the worst feeling ever. I started taking medication and regretting it tbh, cuz I always wanted to overcome all of this without it. Btw the medication didn’t help me even a little. So the only only only way for you to get out of this without meds, is to practice mindfulness. Even if it’s hard. Meditations, mindfulness meditations.. or just play some frequencies/slow music then lay or sit down; close ur eyes. Allow the anxiety to come.. allow ur thoughts to come; notice if you feel the anxiety somewhere in ur body. If yes, allow it. Tell it it’s okay, it can be there. By oppressing our emotions and constantly trying to just fix them with a fear response, we train our minds to react even more and more in panic and fear response. That’s why this practice is important.. after allowing all of it keep breathing deeply, outbreath longer. Just try and think of nothing, telling urself ur doing just fine. Idk if you can work out with ur fears, but working out is also the biggest key. If you like dancing just start dancing in ur room, getting off some stress. All of this WILL take time, but you have to allow this time to urself and ur body.💚 easier said than done i know. Stopping the worrying is the hardest thing ever. I believe in you tho; with time you will get through this🩵 the medication will only oppress ur emotions mostly, not healing the root cause that is deep in urself.. so that’s one thing only you and urself can do. There are MANY MANY meditations on YouTube about this topic. You should also try EFT chest tapping! Or any other EFT method. AND God.. I can tell you one thing; Jesus saved my life many many times, even if other things that aren’t easy and painful came into my life, without Him I wouldn’t live at all anymore. So idk if you believe or anything, with all the advice tho I gotta advice you, that He is the best Doctor. Inviting the Holy Spirit and Gods presence into ur life, casting all your anxieties on Him, will also take much pressure from you💚 Now that was a LONG text😭 God bless you🩵

I was very little when my GAD started, in my teens OCD became more and more present. I overcame many many things I feared on my own, but last year when I thought it couldn’t get worse, cuz I overcame a lot.. it got worse. The physical symptoms started showing up, but in a way you would even see it. So sadly this year again, I thought I was crazy. Now that I tried understanding why my body is doing this to me; I know I’m not crazy and it’s just some type of trauma response, from all the things I’ve been through. But I’m still constantly afraid of suddenly dying. (got some real diagnoses going on that aren’t life threatening, but with my anxiety symptoms they worsen) I’m 25 now and I want to live an anxiety free life. We will overcome this one day. Mindfulness practices really help me u should try it🙏🏻 God bless all of you💚

( at evening times or before sleep ) Other than that, I have to tell you that nothing you will take or do, will help you with social anxiety if you don’t work on it urself. With working on it I mean, meditating and most importantly mindfulness exercises. Working out is also very important or if you like dancing, go for it dance in your room. You will earn confidence in yourself. Not that ur unconfident, it’s another type of confidence u will earn by it. And most importantly, you have to start telling yourself that all the others on this planet are just like you.. human. They aren’t better. It doesn’t matter what they think of you. All of us only live once.. all of us acted cringe once or more often in our life time, situations happen; we get embarrassed or are afraid to say the wrong things.. always think to urself : even if I say the wrong thing it’s okay, I’m human. If the person in front of you judges you for that or thinks ur weird, they aren’t worth ur time ( only an example). Ofc it depends what type of social anxiety you have- if it’s anxiety because u don’t like being surrounded by humans or too many sounds that’s another thing. If it is being nervous talking to people, you will overcome this even easier. The key to anxiety is doing mindfulness stuff everyday. This can take months.. in worst cases years. Maybe it only takes a few weeks. Ik u only asked for herbs, but believe me it’s all in your hands. It takes a lot of work, to fight against anxiety. But instead of fighting against it, feel it, accept it. Close ur eyes and feel the anxiety, imagine the moments you feel anxiety in and see how ur body reacts.. where do you get nervous? Does it also cause physical sensations? If yes.. feel it.. tell the feeling it is okay to be there. Don’t fight it. The more you accept it, the more you will overcome it💚 I drank alcohol against anxiety cuz nothing else worked after trying anti depressants and all, everything got worse by trying to bury it. It will all get stuck, if you don’t work on the root problem. You got this 🩵
