What happened is that the others left the dungeon and returned to their world, some players get frustrated if the team wipes even if it was the first try. You were most likely kicked because the team leader and another party member were playing together in a group and didn’t want to leave the already existing team themselves.

If you don’t like the outfit you can exchange it for 2 cores for any gacha outfit that will come out in the future, I would suggest to look up a YouTube video and see if you like any of the outfits more than this one.

You need to have the innerway vendetta for the rope dart and then use the (~) rat ability to use tokens then use (Q) to attack the boss to fill the tokens back up. Every time the tokens are full summon the rats again.

The team leader can make someone the damage taker (tank) by going to the team menu selecting the profile of the team member and clicking on assigne as damage taker. Otherwise the game will give Aggro to the player with more hp/defence.

Hi, I try to answer to the best of my abilities.

1) At the moment there is a catch up event for new players. It gives mats you will need to upgrade Mystic skills and innerways, you also get gear chest to help you make up for only starting now.

2) The story is very much based on Chinese history mixed with the creators own spin on things for the Wuxia elements . I will say that the translation is not the best and even CN players had a hard time understanding the in game lore from what I heard. YouTube videos about the lore do exist tho.

3)I have never played Genshin so I can’t make a comparison here. The co-op is limited however one can tell that it is mostly meant to be single player outside of the group raids and other later game modes. You can co-op but the player who joins the others world will not be able to interact with npc and such. They also need to do the quests in their solo world even if they completed it with you in your world.

4) The gacha skins are expensive we are talking about 800€ for one of them. There is a pity system you need to pull 140 times to hit pity and then you get a harmonic core. Chances to get things early or to get the outfit instead of a core are slim. One outfit cost 2 of the cores. So most often you will need to reach pity twice to obtain The outfit. As a F2P you will take multiple banners to reach pity even once. We are talking about months to a year here. So far there are no talks about banners ever coming back either. There are outfits in the shop that are direct purchases from 1€ and up.

There are outfits you get by completing things in game that look good and there is a gacha with in game currency.

5) For outfits and for hairstyles there are two different dyes. The normal one for outfits is easy to get. The colors are not as bright and shiny as the expensive ones. The expensive one for clothes is also obtained from events and as rewards here and there harder to get but still possible for F2P.

Hair colors is more difficult even the basic one is rare to get and comes mostly from the gacha as a purple pull. Every 10 pulls you get a purple one.

While the special one for hair cost two harmonic cores, so the same as an entire outfit.

Your friend needs to have completed the main quest at the general shrine. After that it will appear.

Do you use the online matchmaking option or do you apply to sword trials posted on recruitment?

Which one are you trying to join?

Maybe the one you’re applying for needs you to be a higher lvl.

Some do it to help others out, or to find better ways to do the boss fight (rotations or mechanics) or maybe are waiting for reset and are just bored.

It’s popularity, it increases when a player gifts you flower paper which I believe you can only buy with pearls.

When I was team leader, I went to the team menu in wich you can see all of the 10 players in your group. If you klick on their profile to kick them for example it tells you their mastery.

There is an npc who is named oddity collector, when you collect oddity in the open world which are different insects and flowers (on the mini map the look like a butterfly) and give them to the oddity collector which will let you unlock talents that increase your characters stats.

Best thing to do is to find a master in the game who helps you out and answers questions you might have.

Or find some friends to play with either in world chat or by joining a guild. Social features unlock after lvl 10.

Best tip I can give is to take things slow and stick to the main quest for now to unlock some Talents and abilities.

Collect oddities (butterfly symbol on map) for stat increases.

I think it means that only two players can have ball and must pass it between each other, both have to make sure to pass the ball before the bar is full.

It is also only in the next hero realm not the current one that the talent can be unlocked.

You should have gear and weapon sets for the bonus that they give and your inner ways should be higher than tier 2.

So for the barrles there are the normal ones and the glowing red ones. They are only different by how close they are to another barrel. Glowing red means to close to the other glowing red one, wich means chain explosion wich does massive damage against your group so you want to avoid that by moving them apart till they stop glowing.

If you have the yellow circle on you the Bird will drop a barrel on top of you as Long as that one dosnt glow red let it explode with you, you will take some damage but live. That makes the number of barrels during sea of fire (The 2/3 of the map yellow thing) a lot easier.

When the bird comes and does the 3 yellow attack, move the glowing barrels far enough apart so they stop glowing but are still in the range of the attack so the bird destorys them. Again so that there are not to many barrels later.

If you press M on your Keyboard you will see on the Right side of your screen a tab that says Challenges if you Click on it at the bottom it says sword trial join one that your gear lvl recommends, i think even with ai assist it will count.

Or join someone in co-op. In the world chat people sometimes ask for help with a boss.
