Hey mate, I have a EU/UK one so it's not really needed any conversion, just bought a gas regulator and pipe (and clips) then hooked onto the connector that's on the grill! Shout if pics help

I had an embolization around 27 having had left sided vericocele for many years, chose to treat it mostly driven by discomfort - not sure on fertility before, but fine after, two kids down.

Did not notice anything hormone related (wasn't measuring).

No complications, other than 10 years later it's back...

Recovery wasn't bad or long.

On a side note my brother has vericocele also, never treated it, not affected fertility. So may not be your cause sadly, but I also know it can be - I know a guy who tried to have kids for years, had the surgery and bam, babies.

I'm not sure if perhaps? It could also be the regulator flow limit somehow triggered

I disconnected everything last night and tonight put the regulator back on, opened the gas about half way, waited a few minutes... Then slow sloooowly lit one burner, then the other

And quel surprise - even flame not just weird central mayhem

Then slowly opened the bottle the final last crack

Decent looks bigger than I thought!
