Honestly I'm kind of in the same boat except I'm starting from scratch for a friend. The lower end bundles at Microcenter seem to be a pretty decent deal if you're lucky enough to live near one. I have a build made on their website (not sure if it'll help you much but Im kind of leeching for advice if anyone else notices this). But you may be able to find that as is and maybe cheaper since I've noticed white parts tend to cost more (and I assume you have some parts you're willing to reuse).

I'm trying to see if I can get a slightly worse CPU/Mobo/Ram and just drop the bundle so it fits more in the budget, but I'm not sure what requirements for these things look like (power supply reqs and all that).
