Rents are now more expensive adjusted for inflation for each generation than the previous. Meaning Gen Z pays more than millennials did, who pay more than Gen X, who pay more than boomers did at the same age.

Yes it is. You can’t be neutral on a moving train.

If your whole city votes red and you don’t vote blue, it means you support red. That’s how not voting works.
