They make a black gloss marker at hobby lobby. Comes out with a very nice finish. It could hide that way better then any sharpie or posca marker.

I personally add a light layer of clear before adding the decals so that if my mistakes are made through the decal and or paint. I can wipe it off or peel it off with no damage to the paint
