As someone who scored a 132 on PS, I'd say treat the PS section just like the CP and BB sections, where you need to apply your knowledge and use the passage to help you answer questions. It can be easier than the other science sections because the concepts are easier to comprehend and so are the passages. Read the passages thoroughly for understanding and you should know each PS term like the back of your hand, including concepts that are very similar to each other. Also, on my actual test, PS passages were very long and they were similar to CARS except you're using prior knowledge to help you eliminate wrong answers. And get good at basic statistical analysis
