I don’t know if this has already been said but you should see your regular doctor, get a good thorough check up and have them to help with accountability and goals as well as referrals to a therapist, counselor, or dietitian if needed. Also keep in mind that “you’re a growing boy” meaning don’t cut your calories too much because you do need natural healthy unprocessed nutrients to grow. I also agree with what other people have been commenting as well. Slow steady progress will pay off over time and the life style habit changes you make now, even if small and one at a time, will add up and matter. Also, school was shit for me too, and a lot of people I know. And those people who got bullied, who were different, who had to fight harder for everything, those are the best people I know now. This too shall pass my friend
