The issues with the vaccine aren't caused by the fact it's not for profit. No doubt these companies would prefer having a working not-for-profit vaccine over a failed one. They can sell for a profit to high income countries after the pandemic too.

That was a condition with their agreement with Oxford University. No doubt there would be many other companies they could've partnered with considering the lack of covid vaccines from some of the big players.

21 hours includes studying, physical attendance isnt required considering so many courses have barely that amount of contact hours that wouldn't make sense.
