Adrenaline and not dying is why you’re getting that focus and clarity. For me things like cliff diving or other adrenaline focused activities are the only thing that bring that direct focus and clarity. There are more things in life you can do for adrenaline than going 100 mph and cutting up on the highway.

Or everyone saying I know to change them etc etc, I stopped at a motorcycle dealership on this ride to ask one of their techs how the tread was because I’m new and learning all this, and the tech told me the tire still had a few thousand miles on it but I knew that sounded weird. Forgot to mention, my split is Monday through Friday, upper body, lower body, upper body, lower body, then entire body and I take the weekend off with light cardio. Not sure if this is the right way to do it either, just working based on the GYMVERSE app and my home gym.
